Abstract

The results of system analysis of information about modern mechatronics heterogeneous structures of energy used in various power complexes. Mathematical modeling of thermal fields nestatsionarnykh on the basis of which obtained new non-trivial communication patterns and dynamics in heterostructures. Developed information-computational complex based on the packet Data Mainning, and developed new means of constructing hypergraph models and algorithms of automatic situational choice of efficient configurations when running adaptive applications. Proven heterogeneity of mechatronics, control, and all kinds of resources, technologies of production and distribution of energy is constantly increasing. The regularities of the evolution of world energy and electricity. The conditions for the effective implementation of mechatronic heterostructures taking
into account the major social and technological factors in the selection and control decisions.
